Booking & Appointment Policies

Booking your appointment is easy and convenient through our online scheduler. Please review our policies before scheduling.

Deposits & Appointments

All permanent makeup appointments require a 30% nonrefundable deposit to secure your reservation. Appointments without the required deposit will be automatically canceled.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and subject to our no-show policy.

We appreciate your understanding as we respect every client’s reserved appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time only.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No additional cancellation fee will be charged.

• No-Shows: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. The 30% deposit will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining 20% will be charged to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.

• Future Bookings: A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment if your original deposit is forfeited.

Brows & Co. reserves the right to refuse service.

Permanent Makeup Touch-Up Pricing

6–8 Week Touch-Up: $175

8–12 Week Touch-Up: $275

Annual Touch-Up: $450

Touch-up services are exclusively available to existing Brows & Co. clients who received their original permanent makeup service with us.

Annual Touch-Up Policy

Annual touch-ups must be completed on your annual due date or within the following 30-day grace period.

Once the grace period expires, the annual touch-up rate no longer applies, and full service pricing will be required.

Prepaid Annual Touch-Up Policy

Prepaid annual touch-ups must be redeemed on your annual due date or within the following 30-day grace period.

Booking an appointment before the deadline does not extend the redemption period. Your appointment must take place within the eligible window.

No extensions will be granted. Prepaid annual touch-ups not redeemed within the eligible window will no longer be valid.

We strongly encourage clients to book in advance to ensure appointment availability.

Previous Permanent Makeup From Another Artist

Clients with permanent makeup performed by another artist must complete a consultation and receive approval before booking a full service.

Touch-up pricing is not available for work performed elsewhere.
