Refund & Cancellation Policy - Classes/Services

Thanks for enrolling in our Microblading & Shading Training Program or subscribing to our services at www.browsandcompany.com operated by Brows & Co. Inc.

Class Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to the next available training. If the training is full you can transfer your deposit to the next available class.

**Classes are non-refundable**

Class Balance If you paid the full class balance and cannot attend the training, Brows & Co. will issue a refund for the balance minus the deposit. Please note all balance requests must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the start of class. Refunds can take 15-30 days to process after approval.  Email your request to kechiataylor@browsandcompany.com.

Please note: Sale prices, discounts or another other rewards is not transferable.

You must cancel the class 72 hours in advance to receive a transfer credit of your deposit.

All transfer requests must be in writing and sent to the email address below.

Service Appointment Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to the next available appointment. If you are past your 6-8 week appointment for touch-up, prices will increase. If you are past 12 weeks, we cannot provide a touch up and the original full rate will be required to perform the service.

Annual Service Appointments If you are past due for your 12 month service appointment after the original service date, you are not eligible for the annual price and will have to pay the full rate at that time.

Black Friday Microblading Bootcamp 4 Week Online Class is non-refundable and non-transferable. This class is only offered on January 3, 2022

Black Friday/Cyber Monday or any Sale Promotions  Deposits/Paid in Full Amount is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule outside the required date, then the amount paid will be applied to the full service price and you will a balance due.
