Booking an appointment is easy and convenient with our online scheduler. Please note: There is only a 10 min grace period for each appointment. Clients arriving after 10 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment (NO SHOW)! Please understand that we have to honor and respect client appointment times so this policy is strictly enforced. 

Cancellations: In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our cancellation policy is as follows:

We value our customers and set aside time reserved for you exclusively. Should you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance.

**Microblading, Nano Brows, Lash Line Enhancement and Permanent Lip Color Cancellations** Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel in the 48 hour period we will transfer your deposit to another scheduled time ONCE. No exceptions

**Your appointment will be automatically cancelled with no deposit**

Touch up price schedule:

PRICE SCHEDULE FOR TOUCH UPS : 

6-8 WEEKS $150.00    

8-12 WEEKS $225.00

12 WEEKS + (FULL PRICE OF PROCEDURE)

The following will apply if you do not cancel within 48 hours. 

• Clients that fail to show will be charged a “No shows” fee, which is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
• Clients giving 2 hours or less notice to cancel their appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
• No show clients will not be re-booked until full payment of missed service is received. Credit card information will be required to reserve future appointments. 
• We have the right to refuse services
